How does billing work?
abda has a Free plan and a Pro plan ($14/month or $99/year). Pro gives you 20 AI generations a month plus extras. Payments go through Stripe.

Paying yearly works out to $8.25 a month — $69 less than paying month-to-month for a full year.
How you pay
All payments go through Stripe, the same service used by Amazon, Shopify, and Lyft. abda never sees or stores your card number. When you upgrade, Stripe handles the card entry, the charge, and the receipt.
What "AI generations" means
A generation is one new Ask AI conversation or one Topic Builder question. Follow-up questions in the same conversation are free. See What are credits? for the full breakdown.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. You add one only when you upgrade to Pro.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Nothing. Your accounts, budgets, goals, and history stay. You just drop back to Free-plan limits.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Email support@abda.ai and we'll switch you. The change kicks in at the start of your next billing cycle. A self-serve toggle is on the way.
Are there refunds?
If something goes wrong or you change your mind within 14 days of upgrading, email support@abda.ai. We'll work it out.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Not right now. But Pro is month-to-month — you can cancel anytime.
